Personal-use license

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms cover the text, recipe cards, images, and menu files released by JAMADON. Downloading the monthly menu requires express acceptance of the license version displayed. Browsing the site alone does not form this agreement. A later update does not retroactively replace a previously accepted version.

You may save or print this page for your records. Separately agreed restaurant packages also have their own written deliverables and licensed rights.

2. Personal, non-commercial use

By accepting, you receive, to the extent SZB holds the necessary rights, a nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to read, save, print, and use the released content for your own private household. This download license is free of charge.

This permission does not cover resale, republication of protected materials, sublicensing, or using those materials for restaurants, catering, paid menu services, or other business services. Those uses require a separate written agreement.

3. Rights and AI content

Copyright may protect original human-authored text, human edits, images, translations, and creative selection or arrangement. Rights are granted or asserted only where they actually exist and SZB is entitled to exercise them.

We do not claim exclusive copyright in bare ingredient lists, facts, common dish names, or purely functional cooking methods. Entirely machine-generated elements do not automatically attract exclusive copyright; creative human contributions must be assessed separately. Statutorily permitted uses and exceptions remain unaffected. A copyright notice alone does not create a monopoly on a dish.

4. Restaurants and production files

An inquiry on this site is not a purchase or a commercial license. Scope, locations, duration, editing rights, price, payment, confidentiality, and deliverables are agreed in a separate contract. Exclusivity is granted only where expressly agreed and legally available.

A license does not replace facility-specific checks of allergens, product information, hygiene, shelf life, costs, or local labeling obligations. Incomplete production cards are not offered as fully approved.

5. Recipe information and responsibility

Nutrition comes from the source documents and has not been recalculated after regional product substitutions. Serving and menu calculations are estimates. Check ingredients and product labels, particularly for allergies or intolerances. The content does not replace individualized medical, nutritional, or commercial food-safety advice.

AI-generated text and serving illustrations may contain errors or discrepancies. An AI label does not remove our legal responsibility as publisher. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact. A choice of German law does not override mandatory consumer protection applicable to the particular agreement.

6. Report errors or rights concerns

To report an error or a possible copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal-rights issue, use the email address above. Include the affected URL, a short explanation, the basis for your concern, and a reply address. Share only the information necessary to handle the issue.

We assess substantiated reports and arrange correction or removal as appropriate. Statutory remedies remain available independently of this reporting channel.
