Directions
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the coconut milk, sliced mushrooms, chicken breast, a wide strip of lime zest, seasonings, and a whole chile.
- Return to a boil and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl with the chile placed on top.
