Directions
- Place the pike-perch fillet on parchment paper, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Top with bell pepper strips, tomato slices, capers, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Season, drizzle with olive oil, seal the parchment packet, and bake for 15 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
- Open the parchment for service and trim away excess paper.
- Garnish with the ingredients specified in the recipe.
